Our MFPA team cares about our members. As a group of pre-health students, we understand the all-consuming stress of the academic load, volunteering, and pressure to succeed. Therefore, attached below are a collection of our favorite mental health and pre-health books, podcasts, and stress relievers which continue to help and inspire us. In addition, we have attached a number of mental health crisis hotlines. Mental illness does not discriminate; it can affect anyone. If you or a loved one is struggling, please reach out.
